March 15 at 7:00 in the media center – Parent info night for rising freshmen (all public and private school students/parents invited)
March 16 - Scheduling for 9th grade (rising sophomores): last names beginning with A-K (4:30-7:30 in the cafeteria)***
March 18 - Scheduling for 9th grade (rising sophomores): last names beginning with L-Z (4:30-7:30 in the cafeteria)***
March 22 – Make up scheduling date for any grade level. This is the best night to attend if you cannot attend the week of your assigned grade level. Advisors are trained specifically for the grade they will be scheduling. All grade level advisors will be available the night of the 22nd.***
*** Students must bring their completed practice election card and a parent to meet with an advisor during the scheduling evenings.

March 25 - Mid-term examinations for blocks 2 & 4
- Boys’ State is an American Legion sponsored program designed to immerse rising Senior Boys in the concepts of state government. The program is held at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC June 20-26, 2010. Boys interested in this program should contact Mrs. Brenda Davis (350-2089 ext 211)for an application and more information.
