Plans Freedom March Re-Enactment in Honor of Dr. Martin Luther
King, Jr.
WHAT:
In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Day, Gregory
School of Science, Mathematics, & Technology will hold a Freedom
March Re-Enactment. Former Board of Education member Dorothy DeShields will serve as the Grand Marshal. All grade levels will
participate as students learn about Dr. King’s life, his work
and the purpose of observing the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
holiday. The Freedom March will be held in between Gregory
School and Williston Middle School on 10th Street.
