New Hanover County Schools Invites Businesses
to Participate in 2016-2017 Employee Vendor Fair
New Hanover County Schools (NHCS) invites local businesses
and organizations to participate in the NHCS’ Employee Vendor
Fair on Friday, August 26, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The
fair will be held in the Ashley High School gymnasium, 555
Halyburton Memorial Parkway, and will be a part of the 2016-2017
Back-to-School Convocation, the opening ceremony for employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for businesses to market
services/products, as well as offer incentives, to NHCS
employees. Live entertainment, wellness assessments, and other
activities will all be a part of this exciting event. The NHCS’
Employee Vendor Fair has been developed by the Public Relations
Division of NHCS to expose local businesses to one of the
largest employers in New Hanover County and foster community
The fair will be the only major opportunity for businesses to
directly connect with NHCS employees during the 2016-17 school
year. A participation fee of $200* is required. Corporate
sponsorships are also available for $1,000, which include
acknowledgement in all advertisements, including social media;
participation and choice placement of table in Vendor Fair; and
company logo on event program and banner. Space is available on
a first come, first serve basis.
