    Bus riders are dismissed at 2:30 P.M.
    We provide basic school supplies for our students (paper, pencils, crayons, etc.).
    Check with your child's teacher for any additional supplies needed, if any.

    Parents and visitors should check in at the Office
    to get a Visitor's sticker upon entering the building.

N.C. General Assembly passes new entrance requirements
for Kindergarten students in North Carolina.

Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, a child must reach the age of  5 (five) on or before August 31 of the upcoming school year to enter Kindergarten in North Carolina. 

In compliance with Federal law, including Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act and the provisions of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, New Hanover County Schools administers all state-operated educational programs, employment activities, and admissions without discrimination because of disability, race, religion, national, or ethnic origin, color, age, military service, or gender except where exemption is appropriate and allowed by law.
