Research Paper "Yes" Test

**This chart reflects the basic requirements for the research paper.

Go through your research paper and fill in a yes or no for each question.  

For each "No" go back to your paper and add the missing data. 

Once you have answered "Yes" for every component, then you have met the basic requirements for the research paper.

_____ _____ 3. Thesis is clearly stated in the introduction and "wrapped" in conclusion.
_____ _____ 4. Thesis is supported by the content of the paper.
_____ _____ 5. Correct documentation style is used in text.
_____ _____ 6. Page numbers are on each page.
_____ _____ 7. There is a minimum of six sources (primary, secondary - no general encyclopedias).
_____ _____ 8. Works Cited page is correctly formatted.
_____ _____ 9. Paper is written in third person – non-biased research.
_____ _____ 10. Paper meets correct length requirements.
_____ _____ 11. There is evidence of consistent and conscientious editing.
