HIGH SCHOOL: Averaged 14.5 ppg, 6.0 rpg and 4.7 apg during her senior season to lead Laney High School to a 28-2 record and an appearance in the Eastern Regional final...Named Wilmington Star News Player of the Year ...Played with fellow Owl Marli Bennett in the North Carolina-South Carolina All-Star game in March 2007, only 10 players were named to the team...Later played against Bennett in the North Carolina East-West All-Star game in July 2007...Three-time First Team All-Conference selection ... Twice-voted to the Star News' All-Area Defensive Team and Laney's Most Valuable Player...Earned First Team Star News All-Area honors in 2006 and was voted to the Second Team in 2005...Finished Laney career with over 1,000 points, 600 rebounds and 300 assists, four Mideastern Conference Tournament Championships, three state playoff appearances and an 88-20 record...Played for Carolina Force, a Fayetteville, N.C. based AAU team.
