Laney High School 2003-2004 PTSA
InformationYour monetary and volunteer support of the Laney PTSA is encouraged and greatly appreciated. With your support, our goal of providing a covered picnic area by the cafeteria hopefully will become a reality this year. Laney PTSA continues to have activities and projects for the betterment of all students, staff and parents. Please e-mail us with any suggestions you have for any special projects or activities for the PTSA. Membership information is enclosed in this packet.
1. Mark your calendar! Our PTSA meetings are as follows:
a. August 21 Open House/PTSA

c. Jan. 22 Open House/PTSA

We encourage all parents to attend these meetings. Note that the Open House/PTSA meetings assist parents in the development of parent/teacher communication and provide insight into your student’s academic expectations.
2. Stay informed of Laney’s activities. Laney’s web address is http://www.nhcs.k12.nc.us/laney/. This is your daily communication on academic, athletic, club meetings, school agenda and programs. This will enable you to stay current with school activities. Check it weekly to stay informed.
