- Access ID numbers for employees
When a Social Security number starts with a zero or zeroes, the zeroes are dropped before entering the number; for example, 001-23-4567 becomes 1234567.
- PIN is the same as the former PIN
- Forgotten PIN? Contact Tina Railey 254-4345 and ask to have the PIN reset. Then call the substitute system (799-1469) and enter your Social Security number as your Access ID number followed by the * key and your Social Security number as the PIN followed by the * key. This will prompt you to create a new PIN.
