Wrestling Regional

On Saturday, February 19, the Laney High School Wrestling Team participated in the 4A East Regional Wrestling Tournament at West Johnston High School.  Cory Wagner took 4th in the East Regional to qualify for the State Tournament in Greensboro. Tate Correll, Curtis Washington, Schyler Wagner, Marcel Burns, and Zach Dasilva all wrestled extremely well and made it to the round to place and lost close matches.  Congratulations to all of these wrestlers.  We are very proud of you!
