What is Title I? Title I is an amendment to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. The official title is Title I - Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantage. At Murray, we are a Targeted Assisted School, meaning, we offer programs and services to students who qualify. How Do I Qualify? Our targeted Title I population is those students who were not proficient on their Math or Reading EOG. |
