Parent Assist Module is no longer available.

Prior to the start of the 2013-2014 school year, North Carolina Public School System will convert to a new student information system named PowerSchool. This state wide implementation will be available to teachers, administrators and parents beginning the fall of 2013.

With this new software New Hanover County Schools will gain a new parent program. Parent Portal, as it is titled, will give the parents of students in New Hanover County Schools real time access to student grades, classroom assignments and attendance. Parents will also have access to Daily Bulletins posted by individual schools, thus being able to remain informed of special events.

In order to prepare for the conversion from Parent Assistant to Parent Portal, we have to turn off our current version of Parent Assistant. While we do understand that this creates an inconvenience for many of our parents who frequently use the Parent Assistant Module for student information, please know that this is a very necessary step in the conversion process.
