Alderman Elementary School Hosts Annual Gallery Night

On Tuesday, April 15, 2008, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Alderman Elementary will host their Gallery Night. Every student will showcase a piece of artwork, which will be professionally framed, and be on sale for $29.95. All proceeds will go to Alderman's art department and PTA.

The school's cafeteria will be turned into an art gallery displaying approximately 400 pieces of art. There will be music, food, drawings for free artwork, prizes and a variety of incentives such as free homework passes and students painting the principal, assistant principal and teacher if they are successful in selling 200 pieces.

Parents, grandparents and the whole community are encouraged to participate.
