New Hanover High School Lyceum Student Receives Award

Madison Nicole LeCroy, a junior at New Hanover High School, studying in the Lyceum Academy, was recently presented the Salem College Book Award. Each year, this award is presented to a young woman who demonstrates outstanding achievement in the classroom, active involvement in quality high school activities and displays exceptional character and commitment to the community. The award also includes an $8,000 scholarship should she decide to attend Salem College, which is located in Winston-Salem, NC.
