Parent Engagement & Satisfaction Survey

Dear Parents,

We are requesting your assistance in an important initiative.  As a part of our continuous improvement efforts, New Hanover County Schools is conducting a Parent Engagement & Satisfaction Study.  We hope to better understand what you, the parents of our students, believe are our strong points as a school district.  We also hope to better understand any areas where we may require improvements.  Your input is vital to this process.

The survey can be accessed by clicking on the link below.  Please take 10-12 minutes to complete this important questionnaire:

Most of the questions on the survey are multiple choice.  Please follow along and select the most appropriate response to each question.  At the end of the online survey, there are a few open-ended questions.  We would appreciate any responses you feel comfortable sharing to those questions as well.

We value your input and your confidentiality.  Your responses will be reported in aggregate form and we do not track responses of individuals.  We do this to ensure anonymity and confidentiality of the respondents.

Thank you for your time in this important matter.  Your involvement in the process will help us to make New Hanover County Schools a better place for your children.

If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Valita Quattlebaum, Chief Communications Officer, at (910) 254-4221.
