Noble Student News

*Hannah Marie Wells, Rebeccah Elias and Sytina Perrett participated in National History Day on April 1, 2014. Rebeccah and Sytina did a group exhibit titled, "Woman's Suffrage Movement" and placed 3rd and Hannah did an individual Exhibit titled, "Mormons and Freedom of Religion"and placed 5th. All students will advance to the State Competition on Saturday, April 26th

*Congratulations to the Noble Girls Basketball team for a great season & for finishing 1st in the county!

*Congratulations to the Noble Battle of the Books team for coming in 2nd place in the county competition!

*Congratulations to the Noble Science Olympiad Team for their 2nd place finish in the county competition...they will move on to the state competition!

*Congratulations to the Noble Math Counts team for their 1st place finish in the county competition! Students who competed were Melanie Su, Ben Davis, Jason Blaisdell, Jack Farmer, Sean Melvin, Emily Katz, Natalie Kelmer & Kyle Messier...Great Job!

*Olivia Reeves, an 8th grade Noble Middle School student, entered a contest for the Soil and Water Conservation Districts and won on three separate levels. Her speech about "Water, The Cycle of Life" won county (a $25 prize), area (a trophy and $100 reward) and state (a $200 prize)!!! Olivia is the first student ever from New Hanover County to win at the state level. Fantastic job, Olivia!
