Read any good books lately? Looking for your next good read? Check out Parsley's new student-generated book review blog at www.parsleypicks.wordpress.com!

On the site, students can see what other Parsley readers recommend or submit a review of their own. To submit a review, students can simply click on the menu icon (three small horizontal lines), then choose "Submit Your Book Review." Reviews automatically come to Ms. Wilcox for approval before posting, and no last names are ever published. To see what other students recommend, students can browse the reviews by scrolling or they can search for reviews by author, title, keyword, or even genre.
We look forward to seeing what our fantastic students are reading

Important information for Parsley Patriots   The NC General Assembly has determined we will hold a special judicial election on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. Parsley Elementary School is a polling location. As a result, we will be unable to access our Multi-Purpose Room from Monday, June 6, 2016 through Wednesday, June 8, 2016.

Our end-of-year schedule has been revised to accommodate this legislative directive. Thank you in advance for working with us as we try to facilitate end-of-year activities with space restrictions.

NCEdCloudBeginning Feb. 15, students access their Discovery Education account through the NCEdCloud portal.  Students in grades 3-5 have had logins to NCEdCloud all year.  Teachers in grades K-2 will receive these logins this week and will share them with their students if they are using Discovery Education.
