We are particularly fortunate at
Parsley Elementary to have the support of the PTA in providing
many cultural arts events for our students.
In past years, they provided us with the following:
- Volunteer program in school incorporating
art and music
- Exhibits to enhance visual learning
and understanding of visual arts
- Special events to experience all
forms of art and exposing the students to different genres of
art
- National programs such as the
PTA
Reflections Program
- Reader Role Models
Some of the past Cultural Arts performances and programs include:
|
|
|
Blue Grass music performance. |
Students from a ballet school. |
| |
|
|
Cubes benches decorated with mosaics are created by 5th graders. |
