Parsley Pride is the primary fundraising event for the Parsley PTA.  It is a campaign seeking direct cash donations from families and friends of Parsley.  We have chosen not to conduct door-to-door sales of products due to safety concerns for the children and time constraints of the parents.  100% of the funds generated by Parsley Pride go directly back into the school via your Parsley PTA.

Where does the money go?

Over the past 5 years, our PTA has been able to provide funding for field trips for students, special events, books and materials for the library, instructional materials for staff, technology equipment, upkeep of the landscaping and playgrounds including a walking track, and much, much more.   See how funds were spent last year.

What is our Goal this Year?

	Parsley Pride has raised approximately $67,000 over the past 8 years.  Each year we set a new goal.   We ask that each family contribute to this effort and base your donation on your ability to give.   All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.  (You will receive a receipt.)
	Our goal for the 2009-2010 school year is $7500.
All parents are also encouraged to join the Parsley PTA and attend the meetings, as this is an excellent opportunity to see where the money raised is spent.
