Mission Statement

• To provide leadership tools to all parents so that they are better equipped to support and nurture their children and to actively participate alongside classroom teachers and school administration in their children's education.
• To provide inclusive support to and programming for all students and families in the NHCS system.
• To engage the Wilmington community as collaborative partners in the education of its youngest citizens – its children and youth.
• To advocate as one unified voice for adequate laws and services for the education, care and protection of all children and youth.
