Isaac Bear Early College High School to Host Special Guest
at Third “Launching Leaders” Series

WHAT:
Isaac Bear Early College High School will host special speaker, Fran Scarlett, during the third "Launching Leaders" speaker series. Fran Scarlett is the regional director of the Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. Ms. Scarlett is responsible for providing direction and coordination of the business and economic development activities of the Wilmington Center, which serves seven counties in partnership with its host institution, UNCW's Cameron School of Business. Ms. Scarlett's extensive and valuable experience as a business strategy consultant, an entrepreneur, and corporate executive prepared her well for this position. She holds a MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Boston University. Ms. Scarlett is an adjunct faculty member of the management department of the Cameron School and teaches organizational behavior and entrepreneurship.
