Mission Statement

The mission of the Purchasing Department is to conduct all purchasing activities according to applicable laws, rules and regulations and in accordance with sound purchasing practices and professional principles.

The Purchasing Department will conduct a Tag Sale of Surplus Property, the FIRST THURSDAY of each month. Hours are 9:00am until 1:00pm at (the entrance to surplus warehouse 2814 Carolina Beach Road Complex.) All sales are FINAL, sold as is, where is, and MUST be removed at the time of purchase. (CASH OR CHECK ONLY)
