Liaisons

Connecting Central Office with the School

The liaison is a very important component of the Exceptional Programs team.  They are available to assist principals, teachers, student support team leaders, and parents.  Their vast knowledge of the IDEA and the school processes is an invaluable part of our customer service.  They are a key component in supporting programs at the school level, providing training to staff, and communicating with parents and teachers on tough issues.

Many times a liaison is not available immediately to respond to a question or concern.  The support associates located at the Administration Building (254-4445) are available to assist as much as possible, to gather data for the liaisons, and to assist in scheduling and providing staff development.
