New Hanover County Board of Education Announces May Meetings
The New Hanover County Board of Education will hold the following meetings for the month of May:

The Equity Diversity and Inclusion Committee will meet Monday, May 3, 2021, at 5:00 to ensure adequate social distancing, audience attendance will be strictly limited to no more than 50 people. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV Youtube.

The Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at 5:00 p.m at the Board of Education Center. To ensure adequate social distancing, audience attendance will be strictly limited to no more than 50 people. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV Youtube.

The Board of Education will participate in a Work Session on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the NHCS Administration Building, located at 6410 Carolina Beach Road. To ensure adequate social distancing, audience attendance will be strictly limited to no more than 6 people. The only agenda items will be Superintendent’s Evaluation Training and Board Masters Training.

The Policy Committee will meet on May 11, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Education Center. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV Youtube.

The Title IX Committee will meet on May 17, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. in the BOE Center. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV Youtube.
