New Hanover County Board of Education Announces August 2026 Meetings

• The Policy Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the Board of Education Center. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV YouTube.

• Summer Graduation Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Snipes Academy of Arts and Design.

• The Finance Capital Bond Committee will meet on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 3 P.M. at the Board of Education Center. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV YouTube

• The New Hanover County Board of Education will hold its Agenda Review Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Board of Education Center. The general public will have the option to view remotely on NHCS-TV YouTube.

• The New Hanover County Board of Education will participate in the Superintendent’s Strategic Planning Listening Tour as a Town Hall event on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 5 to 7 PM. Staff of NHCS are invited to attend from 5 to 6. The general public is invited to attend from 6 to 7.
