The New Hanover County Board of Education will hold an Interim Meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider administrative recommendations, meeting minutes, Head Start-related items, and the removal of a name from the Hoggard High School Volleyball Court. The Board will also review the strategic plan process, the Superintendent’s Evaluation Process, Policies for First Reading, and Far UV.
During the meeting, the Board will participate in a Closed Session pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11 (a) (1), (a) (3), and (a) (6), to consider personnel matters and to maintain the confidentiality of personnel records under N.C.G.S. 115C-319 and -321; and to consult with the Board’s attorney to preserve attorney-client privileged information.
The Board may take action related to any item on the agenda.
