New Hanover County Board of Education Announces Special Meeting
The New Hanover County Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 1 PM at the Board of Education Center, 1805 South 13th Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to hold a Closed Session pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(1) and (3) to prevent the disclosure of student records rendered confidential under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. 1232g; and to consult with the board’s attorney and preserve the attorney-client privilege.
This is the only item on the agenda, and the Board may take action.
