Equity Resources

The most fundamental aspect of becoming a more equity literate educator is to constantly reflect on your own cultural and personal identities (Equity Digest, 2019; Equity Literacy Institute, 2017). This ongoing process is crucial to being able to explore issues of power, privilege, and oppression in order to recognize how these impact institutions and spaces where teaching and learning occur. The following link offers equity literacy and recourses to consider for those interested in developing an equity lens.
