What We Do
- Client ServicesSupport for the installation, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops, desktops, and other peripheral devices for both students and staff.
- Digital Teaching and LearningWorks closely with other district support services to help educators prepare students to use technology to create, think critically, and effectively communicate and collaborate in an increasingly global world.
- NetworkingSupport for the installation, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of local area network and WiFi equipment, as well as the phone system for NHCS.
- Network SecuritySafeguards NHCS students' and staff's digital information and privacy across devices and cloud-based systems, enabling them to engage, inspire, and thrive securely.
- Help DeskA centralized team that provides technical assistance and support to end-users with hardware, software, network, and security issues.
- AV/ElectronicsRepairs, installs, and supports audio/visual and other electronic equipment across NHCS.
