Starting July 18, 2025, Infinite Campus will send an email to the address we have on file with instructions for creating your Campus Parent account. Didn’t receive it? No worries — the system will resend the email weekly until your account is set up.

Need Help?

If you do not receive an email within a week from the 18th regarding your Campus Parent Account, reach out to your school’s Data Manager to verify or update your contact info. Canvas Parent Observer Sign-up

1. Go to https://nhcs.instructure.com/login/canvas

2. Click on Parent of a Canvas User - Click Here for an Account in the top right corner.

3. Complete the form and enter the student pairing code that was given to you by the teacher.
   The pairing code is only valid for seven days. If you sign up after seven days, you will need to request a new code.

4. You can also download the Canvas Parent App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Parents/Guardians

• When you receive an invitation as a parent/Guardian, you will not have access to the actual Google Classroom. Instead, guardians get an email summary of their student’s work, which contains information about missing work, upcoming work, and class activity.

• When one teacher deletes a guardian, it deletes the guardian in ALL the classes. This may be why a guardian could keep disappearing from classes. Contact your child's teacher if this happens.

• Email: Your student can login by going to www.google.com & signing in.

• Elementary students cannot change their Google/Gmail password: they will need to call the Student Help Desk (254-4440) to request a change.

What is Project 10Million?

▪ Project 10Million is T-Mobile’s $10.7B initiative aimed at delivering internet connectivity to millions
of underserved student households at no cost to them. Collaborating with school districts across the
country, the program offers free internet and free mobile hotspots to eligible students.
▪ Students can get free internet service of 100GB per year and a free mobile
hotspot. 

Who is eligible for Project 10Million?

▪ Eligibility for free program is based on school or school district students eligible for the National School
Lunch Program and is for students grades K-12.

Do students need to re-enroll each year to get their new free 100GB of data?

▪ No, students don’t need to do a thing. Their data will automatically reset to 100GB on the annual
anniversary of the day their hotspot device was activated, for five years in all.
