7th - Jimmy Rane Foundation Scholarship
8th - Charlie Adams Endowed Scholarship - Who should apply: a female, senior varsity cross-country athlete at an NCHSAA member high school or a male, senior varsity wrestler at an NCHSAA member high school.
8th - Pat Gainey Student Award Application - Who should apply: male high school varsity baseball players or female high school varsity student-athletes.
8th - Wilburn Clary Medal Application - Who should apply: Male or female, senior student-athlete participating on two (2) or more different varsity teams
8th - Willie Bradshaw Memorial Endowed Scholarship - Who should apply: a male or female senior varsity athlete of an African American, *American Indian/Alaska Native, **Asian & Pacific Islander American or Hispanic American descent.
13th - Coastal Federation's Coastal Stewardship Award Application - This $1,000 award is open to graduating high school seniors in all of North Carolina’s 20 coastal counties to recognize outstanding stewardship of our coastal environment.
15th - AFA Teens for Alzheimer’s Awareness College Scholarship Essay Contest - Application will open in fall.
17th - SECU People Helping People Scholarship SECU Scholarship - Applicants must be a SECU member or be eligible for membership through a parent/guardian as of the date of submission of application. Please note, you will be required to provide proof of eligibility if you are selected as a recipient.

1st- ACS Scholars - For students that are African-American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, or American Indian, or more than once race and intending to major in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemical technology, or another chemistry-related science AND planning to pursue a career in a chemistry-related science.
1st - Eunice Riggins Memorial Scholarship - This scholarship is open to any young woman with academic rank in top 10% of the class
2nd - Create-A-Greeting Card Scholarship - Submit original photo, artwork or computer graphics for the front of a greeting card.
10th - Founders Centennial Scholarship - The award is targeted to honor a female high school senior who exhibits personal integrity and excellence through academic achievement and community involvement, and the awardee must demonstrate a moderate to significant need for financial assistance in attaining her higher educational goals.
25th - Wilmington Roadrunner Scholarship - ALL eligible seniors are encouraged to apply. We are looking for the heroes of our area high school running teams. Our program is not necessarily designed to reward the fastest runner; school records are not part of our selection criteria BUT, proven leadership and exemplary community involvement are!
25th - North Carolina Retail Merchants Association Scholarship Program - High School Seniors who are a spouse or dependent of a permanent, full-time employee of an NCRMA retail member company. Employee must be employed for at least one year as of 1/1/21. Any student who at a minimum is a part-time employee of an NCRMA retail member company for at least six months as of 1/1/21.
25th - Everett & Trudy Suddreth Scholarship of Excellence Award - Must be a dependent of a permanent, full-time employee of a CFIC Retail, Wholesale or Supplier Member Company (includes Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly, Publix, full list here).
31st - Superpower Scholarship - Submit an online written response to the question: "Which superhero or villain would you want to change places with for a day and why?" (250 words or less)

7th - Zeta Rho Zeta Graduate Chapter Scholarship - The scholarship application and the required documents must be submitted by April 7, 2022, at 11:59 pm via email only to zpz2ndvp@gmail.com please also copy zetarhozeta@gmail.com on the email.

15th - JTH PTSO Scholarship - For John T. Hoggard graduating seniors. Due by noon on 4/15. Winners will be announced May 6th!
30th - All About Education Scholarship - Submit an online written response to the question: "How will a $3,000 scholarship for education make a difference in your life?" (250 words or less)

1st - American College Foundation Visionary Scholarship Program - Use “Invitation Code” to Apply: M17349
31st - Fifth Month Scholarship - Submit an online written response to the question: "May is the fifth month of the year. Write a letter to the number five explaining why five is important. Be serious or be funny. Either way, here's a high five to you for being original." (250 words or less)

12th - Abbott & Fenner Scholarship - The A&F Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution. To apply for this scholarship you will need to write an essay on the topic below. The essay should be between 500 and 1000 words. Your submissions must be sent to us by email at: scholarships@abbottandfenner.com
Topic: Describe your educational career and life goals. Explain your plan for achieving these goals. Include your degree/major, why you selected it, and how this degree/major will help you achieve your goals.

31st- Flavor of the Month Scholarship - Submit an online written response to the question: "Summer and ice cream go hand-in-hand. In fact, July is National Ice Cream Month, and that's the inspiration behind this award. We think people are very similar to ice cream; some are nutty, others a little exotic, while some are very comforting. If you were an ice cream flavor, which would you be and why?" (250 words or less)
